Target wants you to do your holiday grocery shopping at their store, so they’re giving you a $10 gift card when you spend $50 on groceries. I can see making multiple trips in $50 increments to maximize this deal. Combine that with 5% off using your REDcard, and you could really rake in some savings this week!
Black Friday 20% Off Coupon
Coming up next week, Target will be hooking in loyal customers once again by handing out 20% off coupons when you spend $50 or more in store or online on Black Friday. The coupon will be good for a single shopping trip from November 27 through December 8, 2018, and exclusions apply. This is easily executed by buying a gift card on their website, but if you have a REDcard, your gift card won’t quite equal $50, so you’ll have to throw something else in your cart. Plus, if you are a REDcard holder, you can shop on Wednesday online. The terms for the 20% coupon do state Friday only, so leave at least $50 of shopping to do on Friday.
10% Off Gift Card Sale
While they haven’t announced it yet, Target usually has a sale on their own gift cards one day during the holiday shopping season, generally in early December on a Sunday. With this deal, you can purchase up to $300 in Target gift cards at 10% off in a single transaction. It’s a great way to get 10% off your future purchases, and I’ve even made several $300 purchases to save on my Target shopping for several months. Take note that these gift cards won’t be active until the day after you purchase them, so don’t expect to be able to use them the same day you purchase.
Get Ready to Save!
If the timing falls right, and the gift card sale is on December 2nd instead of the 9th, you could pair the gift card sale with the 20% off coupon and really rock your holiday shopping!
