You can save 25% on your order at shopDisney when you use your Disney Visa card at checkout. Hurry, this offer is only good for today, July 10, 2019!
The Deal
Today only, the code DRVC25 is good for 25% off a purchase of at least $50 at shopDisney. You can also use the code SHIPMAGIC with this offer if you spend at least $75. You do have to use your Chase Disney Visa at checkout instead of discounted Disney gift cards, so you’ll have to calculate your savings if you can get a better discount with your gift cards than this 25% offer, possibly waiting until the next sale comes around.
Using a Click-Through Portal
Don’t forget to click through a cash back portal before you put any items in your cart on shopDisney. A quick check with Cashback Monitor tells me that TopCashBack and Ebates/Rakuten are both 5% off at shopDisney, which is higher than usual. Unfortunately, both portals have language in their terms that negate cash back if you use a promotional code that is not listed on their site, so be aware that they may decline your cash back on this transaction, although it is just as likely to go through. I definitely prefer TopCashBack over Ebates/Rakuten due to their superior system for redemption. I’ve been sitting on 51¢ at Ebates/Rakuten for over a year now, and can’t cash out unless I earn $4.50 more by 9/30/2019. I love that you can cash out with TopCashBack at any time, with any amount, and to a variety of payments, like PayPal and gift cards. You can even earn more when you cash out to certain payments, like virtual Visas and Amazon gift cards.
Chase Disney Visa Benefits
While the Chase Disney Visa isn’t a great card for spending since it doesn’t have good reward-earning categories, it does allow for some great perks, especially in the Disney Parks. As a cardholder, you and up to five of your guests can access exclusive character meet and greets. You also get discounts on merchandise and select dining locations throughout the Resorts. Any rewards that you do earn can be transferred to a Redemption Card that you can use like a debit card on Disney purchases, even on sales like this one!
Stocking Up on Disney Items
Instead of waiting until you get to the Parks to buy shirts and souvenirs, you can take advantage of these sales before your trip to stock up your supply. I love getting matching family shirts, or fun PJs, or even toys or household items that we can use both while waiting for our next trip, and then when it finally rolls around!
